Workshop on strategic planning and networking – Pale

25 and 26 September 2012 in Pale, the two-day workshop for representatives of the networks to support women in rural areas : GARD network in the Federation and the network ‘s progress ( RS ) .
In the two-day work was analyzed the concept of informal networking and , based on past experience , analyzing the advantages and challenges of this aspect of organization :

Presentation of the work of the network ‘s progress in the first nine months of the existence of the network , analysis of previously defined objectives and activities , and set the basis for drawing up a strategic plan for the network ‘s progress .
Coordinators of GARD Network in the Federation analyzed the draft ordinance on the network, adopted a short-term plan of activities of the network .

Planned activities were announced to the participants of the workshop for the project GARD for the 15th International Women’s Day in the countryside , and agreed plan of activities with associations of GARD network in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the planned events.

In order to promote networking and the benefits that networking offers , participants of the workshop were presented and two projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina , whose current activities may be of interest to members of the network : the program Localizing Gender in the Federation of BiH ( www.localizing-gender.ba ) program Opportunity Plus ( www.prilikaplus.ba ).
