OSCE support to Project

As a part of the project: “Ensuring Access to Justice for Witnesses / Victims through the Strengthening of Existing and Establishment of New Networks of the Support to Witnesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. on 11 February 2015 held was a meeting with OSCE. The Project is implemented by „Vive Zene“Tuzla Association in partnership with three non-governmental organizations: NGO “Medica“ Zenica, Foundation “Udruzene Zene“ Banja Luka and Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development “ACED“ Banja Luka. The Project is funded by European Union.

The meeting in OSCE was chaired by Mr Max Matthews, Legal Adviser in War Crime Cases and Transitional Justice. On behalf of the Project Team, present wre Jasna Zecevic (President of the Association “Vive Zene” ) Suzdina Bijedić (Project Coordinator, “Vive Zene”), Aleksandra Petric (Project Coordinator “Udruzene Zene”), Dusko Vucic (“ACED” Director), Dejan Jovanović (Project Coordinator) and Irma Siljak (Project Assistant).
After the presentation of future Project activities Mr Matthews wanted to know something more about issues related to sustainability of institutional networks and their functioning, as well as about the system of Project monitoring and supervision. Members of Project Team, with more than 20 years of experience in the field of psycho-social rehabilitation of victims/witnesses and in programmes of empowerment of organizational capacities, answered all questions and solved all dilemmas with regards to trainings and establishment of networks in BiH.

Based on obtained information, Mr Max Mathews highlighted OSCE determination to give their contribution for the implementation of the Project.
