Training for mreSVUBIH representatives

In the period from 09 to 11 October was held the first training for representatives of the council of the Network for highschool student council of BiH (MreSVUBIH) for the school year 2015/16. Topics which were the focus of this training are the definition of the content of the new web page MreSVUBIH, Code of this network, as well as the plan of activities for the campaign MreSVUBIH.On the new page MreSVUBiH-and it will containthe informations of activities of student council in BiH, various educational content, notification of scholarships, seminars and possibilities of Parliamentary Volunteer, examples of good practice and many other useful tips and information for secondary school students. During the training was adopted the Code of MreSVUBIH, which has a total of 34 Article, divided in seven categories. Also, the training was developed the plan of activities for this year’s campaign of MreSVUBIH, which will be directed to the promotion of informal education, as well as harmonization of educational policies with the needs of the labor market. The campaign is called ,,We want (non) formally to know!” and consist of several phases. The first chapter will involve leveraging the implementation of research at the level of BiH, according to advance surveys, on the basis of which will be come to the data on the needs of the young to further, informally educated, as well as on their positions when it comes to the needs of the labor market for certain professions and ways of how to implement the catchment policy. After the received data research, exceeds the second stage of the campaign that will encompass the implementation of interactive workshops in schools in BiH, in which will be to promote different forms of informal education. The final chapter will involve leveraging street performance, as part of the Annual Conference of MreSVUBIH-in Sarajevo. Program of developing student council networks in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, is financially supported by the European Union, the NED (National Endowment for Democracy), and BTD (Balkan trust for democracy).
