One-day training for mRESURS representatives held in Banja Luka

On Thursday, 06 April 2017, held a one-day training-seminar for high school students and members of the Banja Luka region mRESURS (Network of the Students Council RS) at the premises of the Red Cross Banja Luka. The seminar was attended by representatives of the Council of students from 23 schools from Banja Luka region, which includes the municipalities of Gradiska, Srbac, Čelinac, Kneževo, Kotor Varos, Pond, Mrkonjic Grad and Sipovo, and the city of Banja Luka.

During the training program, high school students form Banja Luka region planned the action, “Leave a mark” which plans to bring positive changes in today’s society. The very idea of ​​the campaign “Leave a mark” is to encourage high school students be more active in society, because they believe that activism must contribute to improving their local communities. Part of the campaign will be implemented in the city of Banja Luka is based on the arrangement of the Banja Luka park known as “Kupusište”. Implementation of action is planned for the 27th of April. 2017 and will be based on the development of waste bins and arranging bench, because high school students of Banja Luka believe that such a park on the site must be better equipped and accessible to citizens.

High school students of Banja Luka invites all citizens of good will and city authorities to support high school students on 27 April 2017 and to join us in implementing this action in the period between 8 and 16pm.
