As part of the activities of the research project ” Compliance with EU policies in the field of agriculture and rural development – IPARD in BiH through Croatian experiences ” ( IPARD project ) funded by the European Fund for the Balkans , in the special program ” Think and Link” , representatives of ACED held working meetings with all institutions in BiH with responsibility for the process of preparing BiH for the IPARD program .
Working meetings were held with representatives of the Agriculture, Food, Forestry and Rural Development in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations , then with representatives of the harmonization and coordination of payments in agriculture , nutrition and rural development , the Directorate for European Integration , the Ministry of agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture , Water and Forestry .
The purpose of these meetings was to determine the current level of progress in the process of preparing BiH for V component of the EU pre-accession instrument ‘s assistance Rural Development (IPARD ) .
