On 29 November 2012 Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development in Banja Luka , organized DVV ( Deutschen Volkshochschul – Verbandes – German Association for Adult Education ) training seminar for 14 representatives of SC Banja Luka region . Through this training seminar , managed by Beate Schmidt – Behlau , DVV Regional Director for South- Eastern Europe , SC representatives of the Banja Luka region , were able to learn more about DVV international program to improve problem solving skills , as well as to recognize and identify the problems they face in their schools.
