This publication was developed as a result of implementation of the regional project “Establishing the Balkans Independent Disability Framework” funded by the European Commission, the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights office in Brussels.
The report was produced to determine the degree of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) and its entities’ normative and institutional framework compliance with the provisions of the UN Convention referring to the observed fields and it is supposed to demonstrate the feasibility level of the rights of persons with disabilities in these areas guaranteed by the UN Convention. Also, the purpose of the Report is to propose recommendations for the harmonization of the normative and institutional framework in the part that has been sufficiently harmonized with the provisions of the UN Convention.
