As part of the project “Promoting student participation in the democratic changes”, which is funded by the EIDHR (European instrument for democracy and human rights), European Union and NED (National endwnment for democracy) , which is implemented by ACED and project partner OKC – Youth Communication Center, organized a training for trainers mreSVUBIH. Advanced and training for the new trainers mreSVUBIH (network of highschool students council in Bosnia and Herzegovina) were held in the period 24 – 29 august 2015. in Trebinje.
In the previous training, which was held in June of this year in Srebrenik, coach team have defined topics that will be dealt with at the training, and they are: group dynamics, creativity, work in a couple and new methods and the way of work.
As well as one of the tasks, all trainers were supposed to come up with a new method of working with secondary school students which is up to now not support command. All of the members have presented their methods, and they adopted in the work with a group in order to be acquired through experience necessary for the application of new teaching methods. It was also discussed about the benefits new ways of work, their possible implementation and compliance with the needs translated into population. Development team presented their ideas and work plan for the next school year, and emphasized the importance of the permanent promotion and incorporation of novelty in the program.
