The seminar for representatives of student councils of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and West Herzegovina Canton was held in Blagaj, on 19 and 20 March 2011. The seminar was attended by a total of 18 schools (16 schools in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and 2 schools in the West Herzegovina Canton), as well as 6 president mreVUK and mREURS-a. New leadership was elected for student councils networks of Herzegovina – Neretva Canton.
