The two-day National Conference , held from 07 to 08 July at ” Aurel ” in Podgorica , organized by the Federation of the Association of Paraplegics of Montenegro in the regional project ” Establishing the Balkans independent disability framework” , funded by the European Union .
On the first day of the conference , the “Report on compliance of the legislative and institutional framework in Montenegro with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and recommendations for harmonization ” was presented , while the Balkan independent networks in the disability field was presented during the second day of the conference.
