Camp training for peer educators was held in Srebrenik

In the period from 23 to 27 July at the motel ,, Orion ” near Srebrenik, the Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development ACED and Youth Communication Centre – OKC , held a second cycle of training camp for peer educators designed to former members of the Network of the Council / Council students – mreVUK and mRESURS .

The training was attended by 15 young people who have completed high school and plan to continue their education at one of the higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina , who have gone through the work of the Council / Council of students and were part of networking and want to continue their engagement among high school students.

This training , intended to serve as a training for peer educators to work with councils / student council , included the following topics : skills trainers , program development network of the Council / Council of students and opportunities for improvement , basics workshop process , as well as the execution of the training by the participants based on previously selected topic. After the training , participants are expected to work with high school students through the program to develop the capacity of the Council / Council of Students.

Program of developing student council networks  in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, is financially supported by the European Union, and the NED (National Endowment for Democracy)
