Identification of barriers to entrepreneurship development at the local level – the Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development
Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development ACED Banja Luka with representatives of municipalities Gradiska, Srbac, Laktaši Kozarska Dubica and discussed ways of improving the work of local services in order to simplify and expedite procedures for the operation of local businessmen.
The conclusion of these meetings was to be one of the key measures that should be taken in order to achieve this goal the establishment of one place in which they may be all the information necessary for businessmen. Eg. businessmen that they could find information on the procedures to register a business or for obtaining environmental, construction and other permits, certain approvals from the relevant institutions and the like.
ACED will in the future in cooperation with the municipalities to work on the implementation of the measures identified in the structure of local government, in order to improve the business environment for better and easier functioning of economic entities.
These activities are part of the “Regional growth through economic and rural development – ReGERD”, which is funded by the European Commission through the local economic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
