Agency for cooperation, education and development ACED Banja Luka, in partnership with organizations: “:U. G. “Vive Women” Tuzla, Medica Zenica” and Foundation “United Women” Banja Luka and the , are organizing conference “Support to witnesses/victims in BiH?” in the period 11. -11.13.2015. in the hotel “Hollywood”, Sarajevo.
This event is part of project “Ensuring access to Justice for witness/victims through strengthening existing and establishing new Witness support Networks across BiH” which is funded by the European Union. The goal of the project is the improvement of access to justice and rehabilitation for witnesses/victims through providing multidisciplinary support in order to prevent future conflict and contribute to sustainable peace in BiH.
The purpose of the conference is informing the public about the project, the results achieved, and underlining importance of establishing support networks for witnesses/victims in BiH.
This will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, good practices and models to highlight challenges that should be overcome in order to establish an adequate models support witnesses/victims in BiH.
Participants of the conference will be civil society organizations that provide support for this population and representatives of BiH and international institutions.
