Training for representatives of MreVUK-and Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and the West Herzegovina Canton

In order to strenghten the capacities of two cantonal network of student council, in Mostar is held three days of training from 06 to 08 November. The training was attended by a total of 35 presidents of high school students councils from two canton, who are during the training given the opportunity to gain new knowledge and adopt the skills in the area of teamwork, networking, leadership, communication, representation and advocacy skills.
During the training, participants lected the new leadership and made a plan of activities which will be realized in this school year. Some of the activities are ,,Stay here” campain which is aimed at reducing the departure of young and educated people from our country, and ,,TTM” (Talk to me) activity that has a goal of opening the dialog between professors and students on the problems that high school students have. Program of developing student council networks in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, is financially supported by the European Union, and the NED (National Endowment for Democracy)
