In Skopje, on November 14 and 15 at Porta hotel, a training was held with a aim to strengthen the capacity of BIDF network in Macedonia.The two-day training session was attended by representatives of civil society organizations and disabled people’s organizations from FYR of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The main theme in this training were shares and modules for regional cooperation, as well as topics on further activities BIDF network.
The training was attended by the President of the Commission against Discrimination of FYR Macedonia, Mr. Dusko Minovski, as well as a representative from the office of the EU in FYR of Macedonia, Ms. Sophie Beaumont. In this part of the training also discussed the EU policies and funding opportunities in the region, and the presence of disability issues in the context of the regional program of the European Union.
