The three-day training for Network of student councils from Herzegovina – Neretva Canton and West Herzegovina Canton was held from 7 to 9 October in Mostar. The presidents of the student councils from all schools in the city of Mostar and three schools from the West Herzegovina Canton discussed the current state of the education system in their respective areas and planned activities to influence the improvement of the same.
On this occasion, high school students also discussed the recent elections and letters of intent addressed to the representatives of political parties. Also a new leadership for this networks were elected elected, and also designed plans for work in the next school year.
Program of developing networks of highschool student councils in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, financially supported EU Commission and NED (Natonal endowment for democracy).
