Within the project ,, Promotion of inter-ethnic reconciliation through strenghtening the secondary school student councils” funded by the US Embassy, held a three-day training for representatives of networks of student councils Herzegovina – Neretva Canton and West Herzegovina Canton. The training was held from 7 to 9 October Mostar.
On this occasion the new leadership of these networks were elected, and also developed an action plan for the current school year. Representatives of mreVUK of those cantons also discussed the recently held local elections in BiH, and letters of intent addressed to the representatives of political parties. This year, the right to vote in local elections were over 80 000 high school students in BiH, and in this regard, mreSVUBIH sought their activities to draw the attention of political parties on the situation and problems of the secondary school population.
