In the premises of the boarding school in Trebinje, presidents of student councils of 17 secondary schools, were participants of the regional meeting of students council network from Trebinje region. At this training high school students had the opportunity to, through interactive workshops, creative expression, team exercises, first of all strengthen its capacity, characteristics and skills.
They discussed the current secondary issues, defines new guidelines for action and elected a new leadership in the region that make Olga Štaka (President) Nikolina Kalinic (vice president), Marija Krnjević (vice president) and Anja Grubačić (PR).
Also, the Trebinje region mRESURS, on april 22nd 2017. starting at 10 am at the Sports Hall Milos Mrdić, in Trebinje, held a regional activity called “Our day of sport and culture”. This activity brought together over 100 high school students from 17 high schools from the area of the region that within mRESURS involves Sokolac, Pale, Rudo, Cajnice, East Sarajevo, Visegrad, Rogatica, Nevesinje, Foca, Gacko, Bileca, Ljubinje and Trebinje.
Program of developing networks of highschool student councils in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, is financially supported by EU Commission and NED (Natonal endowment for democracy).
