Within the project “Ensuring access to justice for witnesses/victims, through the strengthening of existing and establishing new networks of support to witnesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, in the area of strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations, the Agency for Cooperation, Education and Development (ACED) has organized educational workshops for NGO representatives in the area under the jurisdiction of district courts in Doboj and Trebinje, on the topic – strategic planning.
The workshops were held in the period from 31 October to 02 November in Doboj, and from 07th to 09th November in Trebinje. Overall, in both regions, training was successfully completed by 28 NGO representatives from those regions. Topics covered by the training were: organizational values, the basic principles of SP, mission and vision of the organization and the individual strategic objectives, defining an action plan, controlling, monitoring and evaluation.
