From 24 to 26 September 2012, with the support of the US Embassy , in the premises of the Red Cross in Banja Luka , organized a three-day 4 – H seminar for 24 representatives mreSVUBIH ‘s. Through this seminar , managed by Kendra Wells , educator 4 – H programs out of Maryland , the SC representatives from Bosnia-Herzegovina were able to learn about the 4 – H program, leadership development of young people to learn and adopt new methodologies programs of youth development , as well as to recognize and identify the problems they face in schools , local communities and regions .
