Capacity building training for representatives of the student councils of the Canton 10 was organized in Livno from 16 till 17 November 2018. The training was attended by presidents of the student councils of all secondary schools in the Canton. During two-day training the participants analyzed the work of the network, the work of student councils in this canton and cooperation of the network with institutions at local and cantonal level. Based on the assessment of needs of high-school population, a draft version of the questionnaire was created to be used for research on standpoints and needs of this population in the Canton. The leadership of the network was elected by consensus and the annual work plan of the network was defined. Special attention was paid to planning the annual activities, having the „Play for mreVUŽ“ activity perceived as the traditional one in the canton and implemented with support of the cantonal Ministry of Science, Education, Culture and Sports.
This activity was implemented within the project „Youth Empowerment and Development Initiative“- YEDI, implemented by ACED in partnership with mreSVUBIH. The YEDI project is funded by the European Union.
