As part of the preparatory activities for the launch of the project ” Establishing the Balkans independent disability framework ” , funded by the European Union , ACED and project coordinators for BiH and Serbia , held a joint coordination meeting on 4 October 2012, the ethno village ” Stanišići ” Bijeljina . The meeting was used to determine the strategy , timing , and individual responsibility of project partners towards the realization conceived project activities .
