Training for mreVUK representatives held in Tuzla

Bosnian high school students are not passive and does not stand still and they showed it on March 31. High school students from the territory of Tuzla Canton, Brcko District and Posavina attended training for Network of student councils in Tuzla canton. This training was held at the Catholic School Center “St. Francis” Tuzla. In this training high school students had the opportunity, through interactive workshops, creative expression, team exercises, primarily strengthen their capacities, characteristics and skills.

The studenst  said participation helped them to expand their horizons and break free from their fear of speaking in front of a large group of people. During this training a new leadership of the Network of student councils in Tuzla canton were elected,  so that Lejla Halilovic became the new Chairmen, and its deputies are Ajna Mulahalilović and Tarik Mustafic, a new PR Network of student councils in Tuzla Canton is Memišević Amel. In addition to this training, the representatives of the Network Council TC visited TC Assembly and held a meeting with the commission for education. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science TC.

Program of developing networks of highschool student councils in BiH, implemented by ACED in partnership with OKC, is financially supported by EU Commission and NED (Natonal endowment for democracy).
